The Holistic Reflexology Session
During your initial session, a short history is taken to check for any areas of focus or any contra-indications.
Then, and in following sessions, you have the opportunity to discuss any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual issues that are affecting your life – positively or negatively.
After that the holistic reflexology is carried out on a therapy couch, which may be flat, or raised for comfort. You remain fully clothed, only removing socks/tights and shoes. Following a guided relaxation, your feet are worked on both together, and individually, using a light but firm touch.
Finally, you will be talked gently back to full awareness ready to return to your daily life.
How often do I need treatments?
The choice is yours –
A single treatment is ideal to try out the therapy and gives benefit in a crisis situation.
Three sessions help align your physical, emotional and mental state so that the body works at a better level.
Fortnightly sessions keep your body at maintenance level.
Weekly sessions, over a period of time, provide optimum benefit as many physical, mental and emotional imbalances/patterns can be deeply ingrained and may take time to release.
